Mark Muglich

Mark Muglich has over thirty-five years experience managing every type of parking operation and facility in the industry. His philosophy for growth is articulated in his Indoctrination and Development Program for operating personnel – “customer and client satisfaction are a direct result of the professionalism you put into your work.”

Mark joined Ampco System Parking in 1973 as a Parking Facility Manager and was later successively promoted to City, Division, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President and President.

Mark’s many years of experience comprise management and consulting in a full range of parking applications including office buildings, airports, hotels, banks and financial institutions, hospitals, mixed-use projects, medical buildings, retail, municipalities, special events, and restaurants. His experience also extends to both valet and shuttle parking operations. Mark has personally been involved in the management of many of the most prestigious parking operations in the nation including Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, City of Minneapolis Parking system and Cleveland Browns Stadium. He has consulted on numerous projects and has worked extensively in the review and analysis of parking equipment purchases and specifications.

Since 1994, he has been involved in the development and management of the company's operations in the Midwest. In November of 2000, Mark was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, where he oversaw all of the Midwest and South Central operations. Recently Mark was promoted to his current position as President after Rich Kindorf, our previous President, was promoted to his current position with our parent company, ABM Industries. Mark is a Vice Chairman and member of the Executive Committee of the National Parking Association.

Mark Muglich is Consultant to ABM Parking Services, a full services parking organization. He has over thirty-five years’ of experience having joined ABM (formerly Ampco System Parking) in 1973 as a Parking Facility Manager. Mark’s many years of experience comprise management and consulting in a full range of parking applications including office buildings, airports, hotels, banks and financial institutions, hospitals, mixed-use projects, medical buildings, retail, municipalities, special events, and restaurants. Mark currently sits on the National Parking Association Board of Directors.
