Amanda has been in the hospitality industry since 1999, working in various fields, such as baker/pastry chef, travel coordinator, public relations, claims administration, as well as in her current position in Human Resources. Amanda's different occupations have given her a unique perspective on all aspects of hospitality. Her expertise includes human resources, public relations, claims administration, event planning, employee development and conflict resolution. She enjoys working with people and ensuring client satisfaction, while creating new processes to enhance revenue growth.

Senior Vice President of Hotel and Hospitality Services, Bags Inc.

Dan is the Senior Vice President of Hotel and Hospitality Services, Bags Inc. He started with Bags Inc as a valet attendant 15 years ago. In 2003, Dan began working with their owner to integrate the first TSA approved remote airline check-in product with their valet and bell services at hotels in Central Florida. Bags Inc is now known as an innovator of the guest service experience and works with numerous leading companies in the hospitality, cruise and aviation industry in over 270 cities across the country. Dan is focused on the strategic growth of their Parking & Guest Services division and continues to encourage his team members to think outside of the box when delivering parking services to their clients and customers.
