Mike Stevens is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Arent Fox. He has served as NPA's Legal Counsel since 1992. He focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, representing management in such matters as labor relations, EEO and wage and hour litigation, employment agreements, employee handbooks, training and providing advice on a variety of personnel issues. Mike has many clients in the parking industry. In addition to assisting them on labor and employment matters, he advises them on premises liability, ADA, contracts, litigation and other legal issues. Mike received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
