Join NPA and your parking colleagues for the annual CPP Summit, bringing together individuals interested in learning more about industry best practices and the Certified Parking Professional certification.

What is the CPP Summit?

The annual CPP Summit is an online training conference conducted by industry experts.  It consists of four, interactive webinar presentations. Two sessions will be presented each day, starting at 1 and 3 p.m. ET. This year's webinars will focus on: valet operations, administration, emergency preparedness and parking facility maintenance. The Certification Advisory Board (CAB) outlines the training topics & key points, so you learn about parking practices relevant to your job and to taking the CPP exam. Each session features a Q&A session. The CPP Summit is designed to help you prepare to take the CPP certification exam.

Who Should Attend?

NPA’s CPP Summit is designed for parking professionals at all levels. The annual online educational event is geared toward professionals interested in learning best practices from industry experts, as well as those studying for the Certified Parking Professional credential.

The CPP Summit Will:

  • Bring industry professionals together online to discuss industry best practices.
  • Highlight specific chapters of the CPP study guide, and answer questions most pressing to those interested in learning more about the CPP.
  • Improve attendees' understanding of employee performance measurement.
  • Test participants' knowledge of the parking industry.
