A well-maintained parking facility is an important objective of every parking professional. A safe, clean, and well-lit parking structure is necessary for customers, as well as clients.

Developing proper maintenance procedures, having a maintenance checklist, following through on the completion of the checklist items, and keeping accurate records of the work completed, is crucial to running a safe and profitable location. It can also reduce costs, minimize risk and provide a better work environment for customers and employees.

In this informative webinar, Jenni Sparks, CPP, University of Delaware, will share how to significantly lower operation costs by adopting a savvy approach to parking facility maintenance.

Audience Takeaways:

  • Understand the importance of a condition assessment for a parking facility.
  • Describe a maintenance program for the many components found in a parking facility.
  • Learn how to inspect and maintain floors, expansion and construction joints, stair and elevator towers and structural steel elements, and much more.
  • Describe the causes of concrete deterioration.
