Led by parking industry experts, this network webinar will provide you with an overview of the Certified Parking Professional designation, and the certification application and renewal process. The webinar will also give you the opportunity to answer some of the CPP practice exam questions guided by a CPP instructor in an interactive question and answer session.

  • Successful studying techniques for the CPP exam
  • CPP learning resources, where to find them and how to use them 
  • CPP practice exam questions – what the question is really asking – where and how to determine the correct answer.

NPA’s CPP Network Webinar is designed for parking professionals at all levels in the industry who are interested in earning the CPP designation. General attendance for the webinars is also welcome.

The CPP Webinar Will:

  • Provide an overview of the Certified Parking Professional designation, and application and renewal process
  • Examine specific chapters of the CPP study guide

Chris Hankins, CPP
Vice President, Colonial Parking, Inc. (DE)

Chris Hankins, Vice President, Colonial Parking, Inc. has enjoyed twenty years in the parking industry. His background includes a variety of markets with both national parking management firms and regional management companies.

Mr. Hankins has extensive urban and event parking management experience, including professional sporting venues and premier Class A office buildings. As Vice President of Operations for Colonial Parking, Inc., he focuses on strict standards of cleanliness, safety and revenue control to maintain the highest level of service and accountability and deliver maximum value to Colonial’s clients.Chris is responsible for the overall operations of Colonial’s parking facilities in Wilmington, Delaware, Southeastern PA and Northern Maryland.

He is a Certified Parking Professional, member of the NPA and currently is the Chair of the NPA’s Certification Advisory Board.


Eamon Connor
Director of Professional Development, National Parking Association

Eamon Connor is the Director of Professional Development at the National Parking Association where is oversees the association’s education, training, and professional development initiatives including NPA University, the Certified Parking Professional (CPP) program, the NPA annual conference program, Winter Leadership Forum and the Fair Tax Policy Forum.

Prior to joining NPA Mr. Connor was the Director of Certification and Elearning for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA). He has twenty years’ experience in education program development, training, education and project management.

Prior to joining IAAPA he served as a corporate trainer for Office Depot a large office supply chain based in the United States. Mr. Connor was born in Ireland but lives in Alexandria Virginia in the USA.
