Mentoring can be a very powerful workplace development tool giving both mentors and mentees the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

This insightful webinar will explore the success that a variety of parking operators have experienced with different types of mentoring programs.

The webinar will examine:

  • Role-modeling as Mentoring
  • Informal Mentoring Programs
  • Structured Mentoring Programs
  • Peer to Peer Mentoring
  • Traditional program (experts to novice)

  • In-house mentoring program
  • Mentoring “up” (Reverse Mentoring)

This will be an “open-mic” program. Question, comments and insights form the audience are encouraged

This is a one-hour webinar with 45-50 minutes of presentation and remaining 10-15 minutes for interactive Q&A with attendees.
