He has been CEO of Premier Parking since 2008 and has been responsible for transforming the company from one parking lot in Nashville, to one of the most respected, fastest growing parking management companies in the country with over 380 parking assets in 31 markets.

Ryan will discuss his “Customer First” approach to parking management, his outlook on the parking industry and what keeps him motivated and enthused about parking and business.

With the recent increase in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) what does the short and medium horizon look like for investments in city infrastructure and what new opportunities exist for parking investors? In a thought-provoking presentation Robert Valentine, Associate Director at Macquarie Capital Advisors, provides a Wall St perspective on the investment outlook in urban center infrastructure and parking. He will examine what makes these assets valuable and will explore how the parking industry can leverage this knowledge.

Executive Sustainability Series: Miami Beach: A Case-study in Innovation

Miami Beach is in the midst of a multi-billion dollar capital improvement project (CIP). This planned progress touches nearly every neighborhood. The CIP is also involved in building state-of-the-art facilities for public safety and manages the construction of parking garages, including some of the most notable structures designed by “starchitects.” Many of the projects within the CIP are on the leading edge as far as parking facility design is concerned.

Join moderator Jeff Pinyot as he talks with David Martinez from the Miami Beach Office of Capital Improvements and Saul Frances Director of Parking as they outline the city’s innovative and forward thinking approach to parking design, operation, management and environmental sustainability.
