Convention theme focuses on parking talent, technology and market dynamics
WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 23, 2017)—The National Parking Association (NPA) announces Leonard Carder, CPP, Chief Commercial Officer of Impark, as the chair of NPA's 2017 Convention & Expo taking place October 2-5 in Palm Springs, Ca.

Carder is the Chief Commercial Officer at Impark, one of the largest parking management companies in North America. Before joining Impark in March 2016, Carder was the Executive Vice President at ABM Parking Services. He was with ABM for more than 20 years.
