To achieve the CPP, candidates must pass a timed, 150-question online exam covering topics, such as operations, safety, finance and human resources. The CPP Study Guide, provided with the exam, serves as the official reference manual to assist you in preparing for the exam.

The application fee includes two opportunities to pass the online exam within one year.

Your certification is valid for up to 3 years. After 3 years, in order to maintain your Certified Parking Professional status, you will need to submit the CPP Recertification Corporate Affidavit along with the renewal fee of $349.99 for members and $449.99 for nonmembers.

Notice of Rule Change: CPP holders whose designation expires after December 31, 2019 will also need to earn 24 credit hours over a period of three years to be eligible for recertification.
