Frank Ching is the NPA public council Chair. He is also the 2014 NPA Innovator of the Year for his role as the City Parking Administrator, City of Santa Monica – Parking Operations. Ching transformed the Santa Monica’s parking operations into a modern, efficient, and sustainable operation, which now generates annual revenues of more than $58 million and features the latest technology.
