    Heather Barnes, facilitator and founder, Improv @ Work, LLC wraps us the conference with an intensive action-focused session on developing a personal action plan. Using tools and instruments from day-1’s program, Heather will lead the group in activities that will focus on the key action steps to take in the next 365 days, how to stay focused, and how to measure ad manage progress.

    Looking for a fun after-conference activity? Then spend the afternoon with some friends at Shingle Creek’s Brad Brewer Golf Academy. Led by a Top 100 teacher, this fun program will teach both basic and advanced golf techniques.

    Golfers will learn golf-swing technique on the Academy’s range and in the Academy’s performance studio using state-of-the-art V1 motion analysis technology and Flightscope launch monitor technology.

    You will also attend the academy’s Putting Lab and learn how to “read” the green and see how tempo, stroke and spin determine if a putt will sink or not.

    Finally, the day ends with a Last Putter Standing Challenge. A group putt-off will take will allow you to demonstrate your golfing prowess.

    Fee: $139.00* Includes transportation to and from hotel, 2-hours of group instruction, clubs, balls, towels, cold drinking water, set up and break down.

    Heather L. Barnes is the Director of the Aquatic Presentation & Live Programs at the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Previously she was the director of Guest Experiences at the Museum of Science and Industry. She has successfully implemented using improvisation to transform organizational cultures across the nation.

    In 2017 Heather founded Improv @ Work, LLC, and has led improvisational workshops at museums and organizations across the nation. Currently, Heather is leading a series of improv leadership and communication sessions with Argonne National Laboratory, University of Chicago Biological Sciences, and the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, AZ. Heather serves as a committee member on the International Association of Theme Parks board and routinely implements improv workshops nationally and internationally.

    Heather is a faculty member of the Second City Training Center, Chicago and has directed, produced, and performed in several sketch comedy and improvisational shows throughout the Chicago land area.

Previously, she held a management role in accounting at a parking management company. Ruth Beaman started WOMEN IN PARKING in 2011 to champion women in the parking industry and provide them with a path to realize their dreams as professionals and leaders. She is dedicated to honesty, integrity and paying it forward—to help women realize their potential in the parking industry and in their lives.

    In her dual role with CampusParc and QICParc, Sarah is responsible for both the oversight of parking operations at The Ohio State University—operated under the name CampusParc—and the investment and asset management associated with the parking concession with the university. She is uniquely qualified for this role due to her work in the parking and transit industry since 1980, including serving as executive director of Transportation & Parking Services at Ohio State.

    Now with more than two years’ experience in the new frontier of parking privatization, Sarah offers a combination of experiences that distinguish her as one of the most experienced and respected parking professionals in the industry.

    Sarah A. Fisher is the General Counsel and Chief Government Affairs Officer of The Parking Spot, the country’s leading owner and operator of near-airport parking facilities in the US. In her role and as a member of the company’s senior leadership team, Sarah is responsible for managing all aspects of The Parking Spot’s legal affairs as well as coordinating and overseeing all government affairs activities.

    She sits on the Board of Directors of the Airport Ground Transportation Association and is a close advisor to the Chairman and the Board of the Near Airport Parking Industry Trade Association. Sarah holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Iowa and a JD from the Georgetown University of Law Center.

    Sarah is a member of NPA’s 2018 “40 Under 40” class and an active participant in many airport and transportation oriented conferences throughout the year.

    Melissa Greenwell is Towne Park’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She has responsibility for all people and human resources strategies and functions encompassing organizational design and the recruitment, retention, development, management, and engagement of its 14,000 associates. Melissa has more than 25 years of experience building and developing high performance teams and organizations.

    Prior to joining Towne Park, Melissa spent 10 years in executive leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Finish Line, a premium retailer of athletic shoes, apparel, and accessories with 950 locations and more than 14,000 associates.

    Melissa is a thought leader on the topic of gender balanced leadership and the author of Money On The Table, How To Increase Profits Through Gender-Balanced Leadership.

    Melissa has served in leadership roles on several boards including the Finish Line Youth Foundation, Special Olympics of Indiana, the Indianapolis 500 Festival, and the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation.

    Nicole Hankins is a Senior Vice President at SP+. She has over 15 years’ experience in the parking industry starting as a senior manager in Hawaii in 2003 and most recently in Western Canada and the Pacific North West.

    Prior to joining SP+/Standard Parking, Nicole worked with the Honu Group in Hawaii to help launch the $200 million 2100 Kalakaua project where she brought retailers together with local culture and arts organizations, including the Contemporary Museum, Diamond Head Theatre, Hawaii Opera Theatre, Hawaii State Art Museum, Hawaii Theatre Center, Honolulu Academy of Arts, Honolulu Symphony, and Iolani Palace.

    Nicole has served on the boards of BOMA, ACS, EBG, and Women in Parking (WIP) and serves on the as the chair of SP+’s Women’s Advisory Forum.

    Madison Huemmer is the Sales & Marketing executive at iParq, a 21st century parking management platform; that offers permit, citation, event solutions as well as integrations with 3rd parties for LPR, mobile payments, and pay stations.

    Madison is an accomplished speaker and published author in the profession development and parking industries. Her topics include: Professional Development; Managerial Path-guiding; Business Ethics; Personal Branding; and Sales Motivation.

    She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz. Madison serves on the board of Women in Parking.

    Jasmine Johnson is Valet and Patient Escort Operations Leader at RG Talent Solutions and oversees their locations in Tennessee and Louisiana.

    She is responsible for leading a team of supervisors, valet attendants, support staff and coordinators, providing parking services at several of the nation’s leading Veterans Affairs health care facilities.

    Understanding the importance of delivering exceptional service, Johnson built a culture of care, engagement and ownership of the ultimate patient experience, focusing on meaningful connections with veteran patients, families and visitors.

    Amongst her peers, Johnson, viewed as a creative and innovative leader, facilitated RG Talent Solutions clientele growth upwards of 300% in her first year with the company.

    Lisa McGheeLisa McGhee

    Lisa McGhee, is the Operations Manager at San Diego Airport Parking Co. She has been responsible for helping San Diego Airport Parking Company (SDAP) stay ahead of the curve in emission controls and environmental management. SDAP has been at the forefront of AB 32, adopting B20 biodiesel for its fuel source in 2010, then moving to renewable biodiesel, and finally in 2015, to electrified transportation.

    She is a seasoned transportation expert with years of experience in environmental regulatory transportation affairs from low, NOx alternative fuels and vehicles to zero emission electrification transportation.

    Lisa is an experienced public speaker and regularly presents information at public hearings on behalf of SDAP.

    Christina MurrayChristina Murray

    With over eight years of experience in the parking industry, as General Manager for Premier Parking, Christina is responsible for overseeing Austin business development and the operations of 40 sites. Christina attributes her professional success to the support of strong leaders within her organization, supported by a company built on extraordinary company culture.

    She is a Certified Parking Professional, was inducted into 40 Under 40 with the NPA in 2017, and is a member of the National Parking Association, BOMA, and the Real Estate Council of Austin. Top strengths include management, customer/client service, and employee development.

    Most recently, Christina was elected to serve Women in Parking as a 2019-2020 board member. Professional accomplishments aside, she’s most proud of being a mother to three active teenagers and enjoys spending her downtime traveling with family and friends.

    Tracy Notte is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Citizens Parking.

    Tracy’s career includes multi-site, multi-state HR support for national retailers including Michael’s the Arts and Crafts Stores, PetSmart and Advance Auto Parts. As the Director of Human Resources for Advance Auto Parts she led the integration for the company during the acquisition of CARQUEST Auto Parts in 2015.

    Tracy earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Georgia. She has an S.H.R.M - SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and a C.P.C. certification from the National Association of Personnel Consultants. In 2018 Tracy was elected to the Board of Directors for Women in Parking for a 2 year term.

    Andrea Oser is Vice President for Healthcare Services at SP+, the largest parking operator in the US. She is responsible for the growth and service excellence of the company’s healthcare business vertical through the development and implementation of the key growth strategies.

    She has 25 years of experience in healthcare sales and has earned numerous performance awards throughout her career.

    Andrea is a highly active member of many hospital associations throughout the country. She is a graduate in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.

    Brandy Stanley serves as the parking services manager for the city of Las Vegas. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the city’s parking system including the operation of parking meters, enforcement, collections, off-street facility management and contract negotiations.

    She is also responsible for technology evaluation and implementation, supporting new development with parking expertise, facilitating parking for special events, recommending policy and setting the direction and mission for how the parking system can best support the city’s economic development goals.

    Stanley has been with the city of Las Vegas since June 2011 and has gained extensive experience in the parking industry across the country during her 25-year career. She previously held positions in the city of Manchester, New Hampshire; Richmond, Virginia; Miami, Florida and Austin, Texas; New Orleans, Louisiana; and Seattle, Washington.

    Maggie Vercoe is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at T2 Systems. She is responsible for creating a company-wide culture of delivering customer success and overseeing specific deliverables in departments that regularly care for their existing customers. The overarching responsibilities are to provide consistent communication, support, and customer advocacy for these customers that results in a high percentage of retention and customer satisfaction.

    Maggie has twenty years of experience in software implementation, training, business analysis, and inside sales. She began her career at T2 in 2002 as an installation and training manager and has moved through the ranks there with responsibilities in sales, implementation and client engagement.

    She is an excellent relationship builder, communicator, problem-solver, and negotiator.

    Maggie is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
