Pasadena Complex City Parking Simplified: Modernizing Municipal Parking

Located just 10 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Pasadena is like other small to mid-size cities with challenges. Serving a population of 142,059 and covering 23.13 square miles, there are nine garages, three surface lots and three operators for a total of 7,100 spaces.
