Request for Proposals – RFPs – are the lifeblood of any parking operation’s business development team; offering new business, new opportunities, and new revenue. But what are the clients really looking for and is there way to respond to an RFP to increase the chance of a "win"?

Led by a former parking operator and current parking consultant, this highly engaging webinar will view an RFP through the eyes of the operator and the eyes of the consultant. The webinar will examine an RFP section by section, reviewing and analyzing real responses, including the good, the bad, and the ugly.

This webinar will:

  • Raise your awareness regarding the importance of the RFP process;
  • Outline key steps you need to take in responding; and
  • Highlight potential pitfalls, missteps, and common mistake to avoid.

This is a one-hour session with 45-50 minutes of presentation and remaining 10-15 minutes for interactive Q&A with attendees.
