Being an effective leader means being able to seize the moment and rally support for a common goal. Leaders are motivational and driven by clear and focused values.
Join us for this webinar with first-ever WOMEN IN PARKING IMPACT award winner and Senior Vice President of SP+ Parking, Nicole Hankins, where she'll discuss strategies for leading strong and dynamic teams to drive production and innovation.
This webinar will examine three leadership skills that successful leaders should develop or hone as they step into a management role in their organization.
- Listen to understand and communicate for clarity.
- Gain trust by role-modeling and promoting accountability, reliability, and credibility.
- Develop a professional brand by leading engagements, mentoring, and sponsorship.
Participants will come away with practical tips and ideas on how to navigate as inspirational leaders.
