Chris Hankins, Vice President, Colonial Parking, Inc. has enjoyed twenty years in the parking industry. His background includes a variety of markets with both national parking management firms and regional management companies. Mr. Hankins has extensive urban and event parking management experience, including professional sporting venues and premier Class A office buildings. As Vice President of Operations for Colonial Parking, Inc., he focuses on strict standards of cleanliness, safety and revenue control to maintain the highest level of service and accountability and deliver maximum value to Colonial’s clients. Chris is responsible for the overall operations of Colonial’s parking facilities in Wilmington, Delaware, Southeastern PA and Northern Maryland. He is a Certified Parking Professional, member of the NPA and currently is the Chair of the NPA’s Certification Advisory Board.
